WW2 German M40 Beaded Luftschutz Helmet

R.L.B. Reichluftschtzbund ~ National Air Raid Protection Force M40 beaded steel helmet with faux leather liner in good overall used condition. The straps are leather. Batch No. DN515 named to Fritz Weinhard. I cannot find a maker mark. The colour to me is black. I think this is a WW2 helmet that has been repainted for re-use post war.
